Finca Las Tres Aguas, owned by Pintado Huamán Milquiades, is located at 1700 metres above sea level in Peru’s Cajamarca region, where the high-altitude microclimate provides ideal conditions for specialty coffee production.

Pintado combines careful processing with sustainable farming practices, using organic fertilisers, erosion control methods, and responsible land management to protect the farm for the future.
