Colombia Finca Villa Betulia

Luis Anibal Calderon was gifted this small coffee plantation lot by his father. He now works side by side with his own family to run the farm. This coffee is dry fermented for 25hrs before being moved to a parabolic dryer for 25 days.

This single variety microlot shows notes of papaya, cherries, pineapple, cola, vanilla & dark chocolate w/ tangy acidity &  jammy sweetness.
